The Smith College tennis team overcame a slow start to Saturday's match against Springfield College and finish strong, even pulling out a three-set victory at the number six singles position to bring the final match score to 7-2. But the fun didn't stop there. On the way back to campus, the team spotted comedian and late-night tv show host Jimmy Fallon strolling the streets of of Northampton! Refusing to let an opportunity like this past them by, the team went on a adventure to get a picture with Jimmy. The team was successful in their second "quest" of the day, and were able to track town Jimmy in downtown Northampton and get a team picture with him. The team looks forward to returning to action tomorrow against Holy Cross, and ending their spring season on a high note!
